so saturday afternoon i tossed an ounce of amarillo and an ounce of centennial whole hops in the secondary.  ok, tossed is not exactly right… more like i dipped my hand in star san and dropped them in a couple at a time.  tedious but worth it.  couple more days and bottling time…

ok, after getting some feedback from the good folks at Brewboard, i’m planning on dry hopping my dipa with a couple of ounces of centennial and amarillo for 3-4 days.  it’s clearing up nicely in the secondary already, i’ll give it another week or so then add the dry hops…

just tested the SG, from 1.074 a week ago, it’s down to 1.014! hurray for US-05 yeast!  assuming it doesnt drop any more overnight, i’ll rack it to secondary tomorrow night, i think.
