well, it’s been 2 weeks since my initial bottle tasting, 4 since bottling and holy moly, there;s some bitterness there now!  not a ton, but more than i expected after 2 weeks ago.  not too bad a beer.  the summit hops are crazy citrusy, grapefruit and orange all over the place.  definitely glad i have a stash of these in the freezer…
